• AI Call Coaching — Call recording analysis and technician performance coaching reports
• AI Dispatch Intelligence — Intelligent job routing and technician assignment
• Predictive Maintenance Outreach — Proactive customer outreach based on service history
• Executive ROI Dashboard — Performance analytics and revenue recovery reporting

Services are offered under two pricing tiers: the Growth Package and the Pro Operations Package, as described on our Pricing page. Service terms, deliverables, and pricing are governed by the separate service agreement entered into between ClientFlow Systems.ai and each client.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLIENTFLOW SYSTEMS.AI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClientFlow Systems.ai, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
